Philips presents its new SoundBar HTS8160B, who has boxes of sound Ambisound integrated HD, Blu-ray player and dock for iPod or iPhone, and an external subwoofer. This SoundBar is compatible with DTS-HD and Dolby True HD with a surround sound of 7.1 channels. Another very interesting detail is the remote control, which has a touchscreen display.
The price is not amicable, the corresponding of U.S. $ 1,500 outside.

Nokia is a bid to take back some of the market share from iPhone has launched the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic phone.
With the Nokia 5800 users will get access to a music store with 2 million free tracks.It also has Touchscreen as the iPhone does.
Nokia has annouced that the Nokia 5800 comes with the Come With Music service, which allows the users to download unlimited music for 12 months with pay-as-you-go connections.
The phone will be in stores and will be available with bundle packages only by Carphone Warehouse. The bundle package comes for £129.95.

iPhone users can be at risk of getting electric shock as its power adapters are reported to be faulty by Apple.
Not all but many of the 3G iPhone models compact USB adapters might have a problem of breaking its metal prongs. Though as of now there haven’t been any complaints reported of any injury. But Apple has urged users to swap the adapters.
To be more specific the models sold at US, Japan, Mexico and Canada might 
have these problems. Also the adapters sold in 10 Latin American nations might also have the same problem.
Apple stated that the thin metal prongs of the power adapter could break off and get stuck in the socket.

Since June 2007 Apple has sold more than six million devices but are not very sure as which and how many devices have the fault and hence not sure about how many users might be at risk.
Apple has claimed that the adapters will be replaced free of cost and the fault free adapters will be available by 10 October. Until then the users should recharge the instrument by connecting it to a computer using USB port.
To get the chargers replaced one will have to order through Apple’s website or at any Apple store starting from 10 October.
