According to the source, Cowon is going to launch its new mobile internet device called W2 MID. This brushed metal device is powered by 1.33GHz Intel Atom CPU and it will come with a 4.8-inch 1024×600 touchscreen display, bluetooth, WiFi, multiple usb port and it will run on Windows 7 OS. The date of release and pricing is yet to be announced.

Faulty Apple iPhone Chargers.

iPhone users can be at risk of getting electric shock as its power adapters are reported to be faulty by Apple.

charger Faulty Apple iPhone Chargers.Not all but many of the 3G iPhone models compact USB adapters might have a problem of breaking its metal prongs. Though as of now there haven’t been any complaints reported of  any injury. But Apple has urged users to swap the adapters.

To be more specific the models sold at US, Japan, Mexico and Canada might  Faulty Apple iPhone Chargers.have these problems. Also the adapters sold in 10 Latin American nations might also have the same problem.

Apple stated that the thin metal prongs of the power adapter could break off and get stuck in the socket.

Since June 2007 Apple has sold more than six million devices but are not very sure as which and how many devices have the fault and hence not sure about how many users might be at risk.

Apple has claimed that the adapters will be replaced free of cost and the fault free adapters will be available by 10 October. Until then the users should recharge the instrument by connecting it to a computer using USB port.

To get the chargers replaced one will have to order through Apple’s website or at any Apple store starting from 10 October.
